Pallyc 1.6 (for Linux and Windows)

This version is a small portion of revision, based on version 1.5. C++ standard conflicts between Microsoft Visual Studio and GNU g++ are solved in this version. Pallyc 1.6 source code is now compiling compatible in both Windows and Linux, by using small tricks, for example Marco "#ifdef LINUX", etc. Command line interaction is also improved a lot. Refer to User Manual 1.6 to see how to compile in Linux and how to use the command line.
