家常回锅肉

1 准备各种佐料:蒜苗、老姜、豆瓣、酱油、白糖少量、花椒少量、熟肉切片、豆干切片、青椒切块

2 煎油、下肉片炒至肉皮发卷

3 捞起肉片,下豆瓣、花椒于油中爊制(3-5分钟)

4 肉片回锅,加少许酱油、少量蒜苗及白糖

5 捞起肉片,剩少许油,炒青椒

6 炒豆干,加入少许水,放入青椒、肉片和蒜苗

7 加入味精、盐,起锅
